1. Service Agreement

By engaging Doghokwodbi for auto repair services, you agree to these terms. All services are performed at our facility in Wuppertal, Germany, or as otherwise arranged.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Estimates are provided upon inspection and are valid for 14 days
• Payment is due upon service completion unless credit terms are arranged
• We accept bank transfer, card, and cash payments
• Additional charges apply if work exceeds the estimate by more than 10%

3. Liability & Warranty

• All work carries a 12-month warranty against defects
• Doghokwodbi is not liable for damage caused by customer misuse or negligence
• Customers assume responsibility for personal items left in vehicles

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Services completed as requested are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund of deposits. Partial refunds may apply for unused services.

5. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. We collect only essential information for service delivery and contact. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are governed by German law. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of service completion.
